this is what i have to know before the exam,

not only knowing, but remeber each single details!!

long case, and short case exam,

one patient given , i need to approach him,

to take history, to examine him,

and to come out with a diagnosis....

communication skills, examination skills, background knowledge.....

it is not only sciences

but also an art in the process of getting the diagnosis...

what if the patient cannot understand chinese or malay at all?

i dont understand iban and fookchow

what if the patient is old?

He cant really provide me the information or give me the wrong information?

what if the patient have a very complicated signs and symptoms,

i cant come out with a correct dianosis?

what if i cant finish the history and examine of the patient in time?

so much of worrries!!!!

i cast all this unto You, Jesus!!!
